| Beryllium
vacuum windows are designed and utilized under X-ray radiation inside and
outside of vacuum chambers in laboratory and research instruments. Windows
can be used for ultra high vacuum conditions with joined CF flanges.
Beryllium window diameter ranges up to 200 mm and thickness - above
0.3mm. The windows can withstand temperature up to 200 °C. |
|
-
All assembly are tested for a
leak rate not to exceed 1x10-09 mbar/sec (He) with differential
pressure one atmosphere.
-
Vacuum brazing of Beryllium
window is performed without flux. No transition material is used for
separation as it is in a welded window subassembly.
-
Unless otherwise stated,
tolerances will be +/- 0.5mm linear; +/- 0.5degree angular.
-
According to industry
standards, holes will straddle the horizontal and vertical
centerlines. Vertical axis prevails should the number of holes dictate
straddling only one axis.
