All assembly  are tested for a leak rate not to exceed 1x10-09 mbar/sec (He) with differential pressure one atmosphere.

Vacuum brazing of Beryllium window is performed without flux. No transition material is used for separation  as it is in a welded window subassembly.

Unless otherwise stated, tolerances will be +/- 0.5mm linear; +/- 0.5degree angular.

According to industry standards, holes will straddle the horizontal and vertical centerlines. Vertical axis prevails should the number of holes dictate straddling only one axis.
