Beryllium x-ray window

	X-ray transparent Beryllium windows with different design including watercooled assemblies. Beryluim windouws are vacuumtight (VT) and/or lighttight (LT). The window surface could be passivated to improove corrosion proofness.
Beryllium windows without flange and/or brazed to standard CF flange; flat and hemispherical beryllim windows. Special vacuumtight brazing for better leak proofness and electricl contact where required. Maximal diameter for hemispherical window - 200mm, minimal thickness - 0.3mm, operating temparature - up to 200o.
